Individual therapy sessions are $300 per session. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale slots at $175/session for clients who need financial support.

Standard therapy sessions are 45 minutes. Double sessions are 90 minutes. EMDR intensives involve either 6 hours (3-week format) or 12 hours (5-week format).

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement this way.

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

Yes. I offer two intensive formats:

5-Week Intensive ($6,000): 12 hours of focused work structured over 5 weeks, allowing for integration between sessions. Includes customized workbook and integration support.

One-Day Intensive ($3,000): 6 hours of focused work in a single day for clients who need faster results or have limited availability. Includes customized workbook.

Yes. I offer double sessions (90 minutes back-to-back) as a more affordable way to accelerate your progress without committing to a full intensive. This allows for deeper EMDR processing work in a single appointment while maintaining the structure of regular weekly or biweekly therapy. Double sessions are ideal if you want faster results but prefer the consistency of ongoing therapy.
